My wake-up call was when I realized that many long nights ruined relationships, debt piled up and it hit me that my business was consuming me and something had to change.

After hiring consultants that had no experience in restoration, and having a partner who had a different vision for the company than myself, I realized I needed to layout a plan and get likeminded managers onboard to help me execute. This meant revamping Systems, streamlining processes, and getting all employee on the same page with our new way of operating. I instilled in my managers that just because we received the job does not mean our job is finished.

After years of frustration, working within every role in my company, documenting every procedure, creating training manuals, streamlining department standards, and optimizing our restoration software, I am proud to say my company runs itself.
